1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rules of shopping at the online store operated by EASY SOLUTION.
1.2. They comply with Polish law, including the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
1.3. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.


2. Ordering

2.1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the online store.
2.2. The contract is concluded when the seller sends an order confirmation email.
2.3. The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details.
2.4. The customer may cancel the order before it is processed by contacting the seller.


3. Prices and Payment

3.1. Prices are displayed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
3.2. Accepted payment methods include Przelewy24, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other available online payment options.
3.3. Payment is charged at the time the order is confirmed.
3.4. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.


4. Delivery

4.1. Orders are processed within 2-20 business days after payment confirmation.
4.2. Delivery is carried out by courier services or parcel lockers such as InPost.
4.3. Deliveries are made within Poland and selected EU countries.
4.4. If a product is unavailable, the seller will notify the customer and offer a refund or product substitution.


5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the seller by email using the contact details provided.
5.3. The refund will be issued within 14 days after the returned goods have been received by the seller.
5.4. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
5.5. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


6. Complaints and Warranty

6.1. All products are new and free from defects.
6.2. Customers can submit complaints about product defects within 14 days from receipt.
6.3. Complaints must be submitted by email with a description of the defect and photographic evidence.
6.4. The seller will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.


7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Any disputes arising from the contract will be resolved amicably between the parties.
7.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled by the competent court according to the seller’s registered office.


8. Final Provisions

8.1. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law.
8.2. The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms for valid reasons.
8.3. Updated Terms will be published on the website and become effective from the date of publication.
