The EASY SOLUTION Gift Card is a digital voucher that can be used to pay for orders in our online store.

After purchase, the gift card is sent by email and contains a unique code.
This code can be entered at checkout in the “Gift Card” field.

Key information:

  • Delivered digitally by email within 24 hours

  • Valid for 12 months from the purchase date

  • Can be used for any product in the EASY SOLUTION store

  • The gift card does not need to be used at once

  • Any remaining balance stays on the card and can be used later

  • Multiple orders can be paid using the same gift card until the balance is used up

How can I return my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you received the goods or from the day a third party, other than the carrier, appointed by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. All orders are shipped from Poland, directly from our warehouse.

Why does the delivery sometimes take longer?
Some of our products are 100% handcrafted and require additional time to be finished. Each piece is made with great attention to detail, and the production time may vary depending on the number of orders we receive. This way we ensure you get a product of the highest quality, not a mass-produced item.
Can I exchange my order for a different size?
Yes, you can. Just send us an email at easysltncontact@gmail.com with your order number and the size you would like to exchange it for. You don’t need to place a new order - we’ll handle the exchange for you.
