Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you received the goods or from the day a third party, other than the carrier, appointed by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
- The goods are in their original packaging.
- The goods have not been worn, used, washed, or damaged.
- All original tags are attached.
Non-Returnable Goods
The following goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Made-to-order products.
- Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Gift cards.
The above does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are defective, damaged, or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost during return transit.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at easysltnreturns@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
