Shipping Policy

All estimated processing and shipping times are displayed on the relevant product page.

Orders are typically processed within 1–15 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Some products may be offered as pre-order or made-to-order items. In such cases, production and shipping times may be longer and will be clearly indicated before purchase.

We currently ship within Poland and selected European Union countries.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please note that delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including peak seasons, customs procedures, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
